PSA: Not all anxiety attacks look the same.

Some people cry, some people noticeably freak out, some people hyperventilate. SOME PEOPLE STAY SILENT, SOME PEOPLE FREEZE, AND SOME PEOPLE YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THEYRE EXPERIENCING ONE.

Anxiety is not always noticeable. JUST BECAUSE SOMEONES NOT MAKING A SCENE DOESNT MEAN THEYRE NOT HAVING AN ANXIETY ATTACK.
